May 11, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe entire building is infested with bed bugs. The laundry rooms, the walls, the apartments are covered in them. They say that they “treat” for them, but a mattress cover doesn’t actually kill them, and it doesn’t stop them if they are crawling all over the place. I’m ready to just call an exterminator myself. This place is gross and terrible. Do not bring your family here, do not recommend it as a place to live.Property Manager Responded

I made a huge mistake
December 6, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comDogs barking everywhere. Dog nails scraping on the floor in the apartment above you. Second hand smoke coming through your windows. Hardest water you will ever encounter. Bed Bug infestations. So many thieves, addicts, alcoholics, etc. Not even close to being worth the rent price. The building common areas are kept clean, rarely an smell in the hallways. It used to be a good deal for the money but with the rent increase every year that is becoming less of a fact. The office team are rude and insensitive, Maintenance staff are overwhelmed and have to much to do, more staff needs to be added.
