I could see someone sitting at the leasing desk (without a client) and I'm sure they could see me too. They didn't come to the door, they didnt open the door, they didnt pick up the phone call, or call me back.- All this with a scheduled appointment. The floor was flooded with toilet water, which is both unsanitary and disgusting. Not only was the bathroom left in a state of utter disarray, but my personal belongings, including my weight scale, kids' bath toys, trash can, and other items on the floor, were soaked in toilet water. This is absolutely unacceptable, and the mess left behind was both hazardous and inexcusable. I had to ...spend hours late into the night sanitizing and drying the bathroom floor to make it safe for use. As you can imagine, this was especially inconvenient and stressful for my family, as we only have one bathroom in our home and had no other options available.
