I have lived here for almost a year.. absolutely no issues and the office staff are amazing! I would suggest to the corporate level to spend money on the property for updates and correct issues on the structure such as paint etc. this however is NO reflection on the office staff and totally out of their control. Again, I feel safe and secure with great neighbors .

I know everyone has their opinions, positive or negative, but my opinion of my home here is wonderful! The office staff is truly very sweet. I am a teacher and they gave me a basket for teacher appreciation! I HAVE NEVER experienced that anywhere else I have lived. This shows they listen and pay attention to their tenants. The maintenance team is also so sweet and kind! I will continually recommend living at Country Club to anyone!

Worst place I have ever lived. Poor management, money hungry, poor maintenance… if you have pets, I 11/10 do NOT recommend. They locked my cat in a fireplace.

I applied for an apartment here which was approved but when I went to sign the lease they changed the date to start 10 days earlier than they had told me on the phone, in-person, and online. It would have cost me almost $300 more for time I did not want or need. When I asked for this to be resolved, I was told that there is a glitch in their computer system which allows for more time than needed to get an apartment ready. They knew this happened often but neglected to inform me and when I asked ...
for them to honor the original day that we discussed I was told “well look at it from the business perspective”. I personally believe that honesty and integrity are more important to a business than $300 and a guaranteed rental tenant. All renters should be wary of this apartment complex and their management.

So close to the mall you can walk! Beautiful relaxing private balcony to enjoy coffee and read a book! Country Club Villas is a very quiet community with great amenities! The hot tub and sauna are a nice Surprise. Friendly neighbors!

Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They will be perfectly nice and respectful and accommodating until you sign the contract then they treat you like dirt and with no respect for basic human rights or any kindness or consideration in any way. They are extremely greedy and care nothing for their tenants only how they can make more money!! Also your rent will go UP every time you renew by almost $100!!! The apartments are extremely overpriced and not at all worth what you ...

Great apartment, location is great close to restaurants so no cooking required LoL. It's a shoppers dream mall located just across the road. To many overnight visitors --no problem hotels across the street and next door. Quiet, neat everything well maintained and if a problem they are quick to take of it. This apartment complex is a decent place to live. If you have a problem maintenance will come out to fix the problem only if you submit a maintenance request online, calling into the office wont help. It is quiet at night and no crime or car break ins i can report. Washer and dryer hook ups and fans in The living room and bedroom are a plus since it is hot in texas.

CCV is an older complex with a lot to offer. They have done a lot of remodeling in the last couple of years and it looks great. There are a lot of nice ammenities! They are always helpful, and get problems taken care of as soon as possible. I will renew in September and plan to stay until I purchase a home in Abilene in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to live.
