July 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comDo not apply to live here. The apartments shown are different from what you get. My lease was nulled due to errors on their end. Turns out part of the building is not even under the same management. My lease and apartment included washer/dryer which was an “error” and the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Such a shocking experience and treated so rudely. Management was argumentative and not willingly to problem solve. The written errors in the lease were blamed at me not their end— ...how? They never answer their phones, mainly because they are never in office. You can hear everything that your neighbors are doing, and I don’t just mean your immediate neighbor. I mean the whole street. Don’t bother involving management, you’ll just end up with a supposed housing violation. Just wait until you spend your first weekend here, just try to sleep and tell me how that works out. I see maintenance picking up trash every morning and they are always so nice! The girls in the office are always sweet and help me the best they can. I was the first person to live in my apartment since the renovation. I loved my plank floors and new appliances! It was my first time having a washer/dryer in my house and I will never go back to the laundromat again. I don't think any ...other property offers a washer/dryer in the apartment which is why I chose this place to begin with. BEWARE! They will tow your legally parked car for stupid reasons and not even have the courtesy to warn you in person or with a notice on the door.
May 1, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comI'd recommend not renting here. Had been here for around 10 years before the new owners took over. My father, a disabled U.S. Navy veteran, had a seizure and has been unable to drive his car, and it got a bit dusty from not being washed in awhile. The office people didn't even have the courtesy to maybe knock on the door or put a message on the door (like they do for every other important notice.) and give a warning they we're going to tow his car. They just slapped a sticker on his car which ...he didn't see because he can't drive it, had it towed and had to pay almost 500 dollars to have to brought back. Great way to treat a long term resident, or any resident, for that matter. The office said "it had spider webs on it." I totally feel he was wronged and would take it to small claims court, but it simply isn't worth the additional aggravation. Also, they advertise having a basketball court on their apartments.com page, but there is no basketball court. They also say they have a tennis court, it has been closed down for months and has been unusable.Read More
