The apartments stay a pretty good temp. So far I have not had to run my ac even when it got up to 80 outside. August 1, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe new owners are updating all units which was much needed. Master baths are TINY and pool has only ladders, no easy entry or handicap access. In unit laundry is nice. Packages are left outside of entry doors, no secure delivery if you are not home. Mailboxes are not centrally located. Some units backup to the bike trail and nice views but exterior care to keep away nature has been non-existent with new management - lots of spiders, box elder, earwigs etc. Overpriced for the minimal amenities.Property Manager Responded
