February 15, 2026Crossbrook staff has improved, connecting with residents, keeping us updated, improving maintenance upkeep in all areas what we can’t see as and what we cannot see such as electrical and plumbing. December 14, 2025So far the staff has been very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood it self is very quiet and safe. I wish that the apartment was cleaned just a little more before my move in, I think the previous tenants had the pets because of the smell on the carpet. Some maintenance needed to be done wish it was done before my move in but they did it within the week I moved in and were very friendly and helpful with everything.Property Manager Responded
