July 8, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived in this apartment complex for over three years. While my experience started out positive, the overall quality of living has noticeably declined since the most recent management transition. The current office staff is generally unaccommodating and unfriendly. There’s a clear expectation that residents comply quickly with their requests, yet that same level of respect and flexibility is not extended in return. Communication from the office often feels cold and transactional, which makes ...it difficult to feel valued as a resident. Maintenance issues are another ongoing concern. When something breaks—whether inside the apartment or in the community amenities—getting it fixed is a lengthy and frustrating process. Requests often require multiple follow-ups, and resolution times are inconsistent at best. Office hours have been reduced in a way that is unhelpful for working residents, particularly those without standard 9–5 jobs. Limited availability makes it even harder to resolve issues in person and phones are never answered. While amenities are maintained consistently, repairs to shared facilities are slow to be completed. Parking is also a significant problem. Spaces are limited and at a premium. While the office sends out periodic reminder emails about towing and violations, there is little to no enforcement, and it seems those warnings are rarely, if ever, acted upon. Perhaps most frustrating is that rent has steadily increased year after year, despite a decline—or at best, stagnation—in the quality of service and amenities. It feels like residents are being asked to pay more while receiving less. I hope management begins to take resident concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements to both service and communication.
