It's been a very pleasant experience living here. Colleen and Katelyn are very helpful, down to earth and understanding. They are very reasonable and very much respect their tenants when there is open communication. I've enjoyed my first apartment here and hope to continue my stay even after my lease is up, perhaps in a smaller and newly renovated unit. I recommend!

My experience has been wonderful! Maintenance and staff is very helpful and timely. While only 10 minutes from the beach, I also love being in a more secluded and quiet area. I’m happy with my choice at Cypress Pointe.

Great place to live, close to the beach, retail stores, grocery store, bars, coffee shops and lots of restaurants.

Experience have been great, the only thing I could mention is the thin walls and roof, I can hear everything and every move up stairs, a pin drop sounds like a weight dropping, I can even hear them using the bathroom

Apartment is pretty, very nice pool and common area, for the most part maintenance is quick, great area where a ton of stores are in walking distance. Colleen has always been so kind to us and helpful. I love living here but I have to be honest the other woman in the front office almost makes it all not worth it ...... She will make you feel like the absolute stupidest person on this planet. Talk down to you, treat you like you're dumb, talk over you, attitude, slamming things and make it seem ...
like she HATES you. Was told she has been reported multiple times over this. It's so bad that If I have any questions or need help with anything I have to wait till Colleen is in. I am a grown woman but I have cried before after going down to the office that's how horrible she's made me felt. Talking down to me like a dog over asking for help with their website.

I absolutely love it here! It's peaceful, quiet and comfortable. I've been here just a little over a year and I love it more every day! The complex does a very good job keeping everything clean and reasonably up to date. Also, the location is PERFECT! It's right near EVERYTHING...
