Management is friendly, professional, very responsive, and open to feedback. Maintenance is spot on and quick to respond. July 12, 2022Del Sol is a pretty awesome community. Great neighbors, nice apartments, good office staff. The only downside is the lackluster maintenance staff. Work is rarely completed in a timely manner. False completions are put into the system. June 19, 2022The apartments looked beautiful at first. But I’ve only been here for two months and I have cockroaches. I got my apartment incomplete, a closet door was missing. The bathroom had two leaks and the the ceiling shower has a leak. It looks like it’s growing mold. Maintenance is loud when doing their job, when renovating an apartment there is trash and old utilities left outside for days. The trash is flooded. There is wasps. There is dog poo in the side walks that never gets picked up. They never ...answer the phone, you have to physically go to the office and tell them several times to fix something. Otherwise it will not get done. Don’t move here. Look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2022I loved living here at first. Management is going down the drain. Lots of issues that they don't seem to care about and rent is going up way too high for no reason, it seems there care more about the dollar then there residents who have lived here for years.
