May 19, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment complex will throw a couple hundred dollars of amenities on your rent. Use it or not it's not a choice. They'll do anything they can to get into your pockets too. They're partnered with a couple towing companies. So make sure you're tags are good or your vehicle might not be there. It's like they make every effort to get into your pocket without providing any service at all. Goodluck having a helpfull conversation with the people that work the desk. They have no clue how to solve any problems and partner with towing companies so beware of that. There is no reason it should be this much money. Unprofessional/will take your money
March 23, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThey took my money when they weren’t suppose to on an unfinished application. I asked prior to applying, once I let them know that it still took the application fee out even though the application was not fully processed nor submitted, they assured me a refund. It’s been 3 weeks now I’ve called almost every other day and they continued to tell me they will “let me know by the end of the day” with an update because they somehow don’t know where the money went? I have provided all proof that the ...money was taken out of my account and they have confirmed that it shouldn’t have happened yet I receive NO updates and still waiting for the refund. I have disputed it with my bank in hopes that when my bank does reach out to them, they provide them with the same confirmation that I should be refunded. Great for Kids, but a sometimes loud
July 27, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comFriendly staff, clean beautiful area with pool, gym and playgrounds for kids. Very reasonable rates for the area. Nice apartments with all the needed appliances including dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer. I'm very happy to have moved here. Only drawback is how noise. Sometimes loud jets from Luke Air-force base pass over head. I'm also able to hear a neighbor through one wall. Nothing unbearable though.Property Manager Responded

They make solving any issue their priority and add a personal touch. The grounds are always clean and well-kept and the green spaces are beautiful! The community is collectively pet friendly and family-oriented. Only downside is CenturyLink as the internet provider.

Shawna and Suzanne always have an answer for me and we love the events that they host. Rigo and Raul are always there within 24 hours if not sooner to complete any work order / maintenance requests. Very dog friendly and family oriented. Great for military families to be. Perfect location right next to Luke AirForce Base. There is always parking. The complex ...is very quiet and always kept up. I was nervous but Shawna and Carla at the leasing office were compassionate, as well as quick and understanding of my situation and went over and beyond to ensure my apartment was ready for me in a few days. They even took extra measures to make sure I was comfortable after hearing about my previous apartment problems. The upkeep around the apartments is amazing, and turn around for maintenance requests is usually ...the day after the initial request. February 27, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI was born and raised right here in Glendale, AZ and I honestly have to say this is the best, cleanest, quietest, safe and beautiful apartment complex to live in the whole state of AZ. I have lived here 3 years and God lead me to this complex and I have never been so happy. The staff, maintenance crew, landscaping and neighbors are so professional and pleasing to be around, that you can't help but love this community inside the beautiful small town of Glendale, AZ. I am proud to be a native of AZ ...and live where I am. We have clear blue skies. My husband and I retired military Dec 1988. He was in aviation so being across from Luke Air Force Base is another home to me. Military families are always military families for life. My doctor is right across the street and he is a pleasure and such a skillful physician. I am blessed to have him. You will have to come and visit the complex. I know you will love it here too. They show you this beautiful model and then, put you in an apartment that is so old and not updated. They lie about everything. I have been putting in requests for things to get fixed and they never even come to fix it, they just mark it complete on the portal. It is the worst place I have ever lived and I strongly discourage anyone from living here. Please think about your decision before you sign a contract.
