They will tow your car even though you pay your parking permit and you don’t cause any problems it’s like they are working with the city for their own financial gain! It’s pathetic the way this place treats their tenants! All of the ladies at the front office are very incompetent, the place is infested with roaches and stray cats on every corner!! the appliance and structure of the ...apartments are run down and need to be remodeled! November 17, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are ok questionable at best because the leasing office thinks that just because the pandemic is going on the efficiency of fixing problems like the water boiler for the entire building can take as long as they want. They don't have to answer face to face with tenets. As it stands i get the run around and still have to boil my water. December 16, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been here six months and thank God my lease is up in May. My unit is very clean but that’s because I clean it. The stray cats are horrible and tenants still feed them even after management asks them not to. If you move here get a third floor apartment. I live on the first floor and I hate it because my upstairs neighbors stomp around on purpose and managment does nothing about it. Parking is okay if you pay for reserves but the tow company they use is trash they don’t calls seriously which ...is ridiculous if I’m paying $25 for parking plus and additional $25 for reserved. If small things like that doesn’t bother you then you’ll be just fine here.
