February 19, 2025I've lived at Estancia for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it! The leasing team is friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance always resolves issues within a day. My neighbors are respectful and courteous, making for a great community atmosphere. I also appreciate the consistent security presence and the well-maintained gates—both of which can be major concerns at other apartments in Vegas. Plus, I’ve never had an issue with bugs, which is a huge relief.
