September 18, 2025Maintenance is always there when we need them. The property is looking much better with the new landscape company, with their attention to the trees and shrubs. I still wish some residents would have more respect for others with there outside music. Also wish some residents would understand that the state of their front porches effects the look of the whole community. September 16, 2025We have lived here for nearly 3 years and dont have any complaints. The leasing office staff have been really nice and helpful. The rent is such that we can afford it. The location is perfect, right off of Woodruff Road and across Bell Rd from a great church. Family friendly, safe community. July 24, 2025The staff is very nice. The main thing that I do not like is the garbage dump. It is right next to the playground. There are a lot of kids in the community, but I rarely see any kids playing there. I would really love to see the dog park back up.Property Manager Responded
