Leasing office staff is rude. On a positive note, the location is great in terms of proximity to LIRR, mall, grocery store, restaurants, and the highway.

Major highways are three blocks away and the LIRR is in walking distance. This building has both one and two bedroom apartments. There are many buildings in the complex and some are handicap-accessible. Landscaping is well-maintained. The private parking lots and roads are well-cleared after snowfall. The neighborhood is very diverse and the families are getting younger. It's zoned for the Jericho ...school district and my kid got an excellent education. The rent is expensive and rises yearly. We're charged separately for sewer usage and real estate tax (both yearly). Getting more and more difficult to get repairs/maintenance done in the apartment.Read More

I love it; the grounds are maintained and look like properties straight out of Town & Country magazine or Better Homes & Garden. The staff and Landlord are like family and aim to please. Areas for children to play and the complex is within walking to everything including major highways. It's secluded enough to give the impression of privacy. It's in a private location close to all parkways and shopping. The property is maintained beautifully as it's tree lined streets with alot of grass and landscaping.
