They have gone above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. The apartment itself could have used a bit more cleaning but it wasn't horrible. I will say the only thing I wish that was disclosed to me before signing the lease, was that the previous owner moved units due to the noise from their upstairs neighbor. To me, that sounds unacceptable, why was a resident left with no ...other option but to move units? Why is the upstairs neighbor still allowed to make as much noise as they want?
