December 27, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comOMG If I knew this SCORPION INFESTATION , I would not take this Flamingo chateau, not even wantto step inside this area. The move in was not ready, DIRTY!!! How on earth they were not ready on the move in date?!! The manager Katherine blamed on the tenant when we actually move in on the date. They supposed to be ready. Very unprofessional! Do yourself a favoe: Do Not take this or you would regret it like me !!!

Very unprofessional, they charged $250 for administrative/clean ready apartment but they give you DIRTY, STINKY place to live.
