I've lived here for the last year and a half, and have had no complaints. The people in the office are lovely, maintenance is quick, and the neighborhood is quiet but friendly. It's a little out of the way, but in a college town with so many students, sometimes that's preferred.

My apartment had to be picked out in less than 2 weeks pretty much. The paperwork was speedy, the apartment was nice up to date and spacious especially the bedroom. The kitchen was very clean and if you happen to have ANY issue, they fix it in less than 24 hours! You can't beat that!

Forest Trail apartments is the most friendly team of staff that I have experienced. When I met my wife she was living at Forest Trail. A few months later I accepted a job out of state after about a year my wife was home sick and wanted to move back, we went straight to Forest Trail and been there since.
