I moved into this complex last June and I really enjoy the area and my neighbors. I live in Ivy Hall and we all get along here. It's rare that everyone looks out for one another. Maintenance is great. I have only needed them one time for something minor and they came right away. Malisha is always so happy and welcoming when I come into the office or when I see her out on the property.

My partner and I have had a great experience living here temporarily while our house was being built. My balcony faced the woods and it was gorgeous. Everyone here is friendly and the staff is amazing. One of my packages was delivered to an entirely different building and Malisha found it and put it in my apartment for me. That's service!

I have lived here for about 4 years and have only had normal issues. Maintenance has always been right on top of it. Anytime I need the office they answer and are helpful. My daughter adores the manager in the office Malesha. She is always giving my daughter stuff and being kind. Thank you for all you guys do!!!!

I love my little place hidden in such a beautiful wooden area. I didn't even know this gem was here. I went on a tour and fell in love! My family and I have been here for about a year now and will be renewing our lease. Malisha in the office is always so helpful and nice! Everyone else is always so welcoming whenever I go into the office.

Pool is beautiful

I went to the pool last weekend and it was beautiful and peaceful. Malisha in the office is so sweet, she gave me a bag with sunblock, chap stick, and a buggy band. She is so thoughtful!
