The apartments are pet friendly and this is highly unusual. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to shopping, gad, banking, etc. The apartments are near the school district and is an excellent option for families. I have to say that for the first time I believe I can remember this place is clean the grounds are clean the laundry room is clean. I guess you had to hire someone who cared enough to put the work in. The new manager doesn’t just sit in office. I see her picking up trash and sweeping these halls. Stayed here for over a year
August 23, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comI stayed here for a little over a year without any issues. I left when i purchased a house. The closing on my house took a lot longer than expected. i had to extend my notice several times and they were ok with letting me extend it each time. It took just under 30 days to get deposit back. The only thing they took out was the carpet cleaning which was cheaper to have there people do it than Stanley's Steamers to do it.
