May 28, 2020I was in a desperate situation, and had to move from a condo into another location immediately. Garden Grove was so welcoming and accommodating. Cathy in the office was absolutely wonderful. This place is so quiet and everyone is so friendly. May 27, 2018Ive Been Here Over 5 Years Nice Apartments And Good Neibors. Lawn Matinance Is Included And Trash Pick Up Also Pest Control. If Somethin breakes Matinance Is On Top Of It. May 24, 2018I haven’t lived in a rental setting for 40 years and I was so apprehensive, but I was new to town and needed a place that would let me bring my dog. I spent weeks searching the internet, google maps, and reviews. Finally I came across Cathy at Garden Grove, as a manager she was very helpful, returned my calls, and was pleasant to deal with. I rented a place sight unseen, and after being here a couple months I can say, I am pleasantly surprised and have no regrets. The Garden Grove community is ...well managed, the units are well maintained and the grounds are manicured and free of animal waste. If something needs to be repaired, David, the maintenance guy is there to fix it. I really have no complaints, even with all the animals that are allowed here. We love it because we are so close to different stores and the beach. May 24, 2018I have lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years. Cathy the property manager is extremely helpful when it comes to needing anything and stays prompt on scheduling pest control, providing water bill, and anything else necessary. Maintenance on the apartments stays up to date at all times. The fellow residents are also very polite.
