It has a lovely community room that overlooks the beautiful Mississippi River. The building is very clean and has a very friendly staff!

The manager/building owners do not put any effort into basic maintenance, cleanliness or up keep. Resident complaints fall on deaf ears. This could be a great place to live, as of now; it’s not!

The common areas and community room are always clean! Its probably the most pet friendly place I've ever lived there's even a pet wash room! And the heated underground parking is amazing in the winter time! But best of all the apartments themselves are very well maintained and very modern looking from the black cabinets, to the granite countertops with all stainless steel appliances and ...the wood floors they are truly beautiful homes. The rent is a little steep but if you can afford it its certainly worth it.Read More
