    Cannot use the pool because there was maggots/grubs in it! Maintenance used to be on top of things, not anymore. Continue to smell some type of chemical oder, Walls are super thin, smell and hear everything. It has not been a good experience the last few months living here! And I’m sure they’re planning on raising the rent when it’s time to renew. I am doing everything I can to move out of here when my lease is up.

    I am an new resident and still new to the Vancouver area. My living experience has mostly been well. I am disappointed in the quality of completion of maintenance request and the cleanliness of the unit at move in. I understand the homes are older but given the cost of rent every month you would think some of that would be put back into keeping things up-to-date & cleaner.

    The staff are super patient and always helpful. I do wish we had actual weights in the gym though, and at least one or two more treadmills. That being said, they have been good to me and my family. The maintenance crew are always timely and friendly, too.

There happened to be multiple staff (Morgan, Lee, and Brian) close by who were able to act fast to help by calling the office, distracting and attempting to catch/chase off and A few neighbors recorded and provided those to management.
