September 20, 2015A great place to live this is a 55 and older complex. Located in a lovely south shore community. Near major roads, rails, beaches, golf courses and fine dining. Shopping centers and the beautiful town of Sayville are a short drive away! The complexes well kept grounds and friendly staff make it a pleasure to live here. Small pets are allowed and everyone is congenial and helpful. I am so glad we made Greenview Commons our home!Review from Apartments.com

May 31, 2014The grounds, lobby and rental office was very nice. I didn't get to see an actual apartment because even though I had an appointment, there were no vacant apartments available to see. I was very disappointed and I won't rent an apartment unless I see it first.Review from Apartments.com
