Relatively speaking, I am paying about $500 more for less space which I found surprising. However, given the one day I had to secure lodging, GVA was the best choice for me and it wasn't even on my go-see list. In the short while that I've been here, I'm truly appreciative of staff and their commitment to addressing my move-in concerns. Quiet, nice to walk around the neighborhood, i feel safe, and the amenities are a perk as well. Call and ask for Kim, the property manager. She's incredible!
An excellent home
June 22, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe staff are super friendly, the location is very convenient to both of Manchester's highways, there's a pool, gym, tennis, and basketball court, free club house for hosting guests, free parking, free water and heating, and well designed homes. We love living here. The windows have recently been replaced which helps with keeping the heat or cool in, and has also made the outdoors a lot less audible. The city should install sidewalks, but that's not the apartments' fault.

Looks nice, but cocomplete nightmare
February 3, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThey suck you in with the nice pictures, upgraded countertops, new appliances, along with the free Heat & hot water included but beware. The staff does not care about you... I'll start of with the parking is a huge hassle. The hallways smell like mold and very musty. Neighbors have bedbugs that will invade your apartment by coming in through the cracks. The place also has roaches, my apartment was not "infested" but I've had to kill a few and you'll see them crawling in the hallway if you leave ...out at night. Ive asked neighbors if they have the same issues and they do! The staff doesn't care about bedbugs or roaches and do little to nothing to treat the problem. Worst leasing team ever

Just moved here two weeks ago
April 5, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartment is okay, overall spacious. We asked them to clean the apartment several times before we moved in and they stated they did. When we got the key to come in, it was not very clean. My son had to re-clean the carpets and still they are very old and should have been replaced. There was dust over the cabinets but after asking several times to have them re-clean before we moved in, we just did it. We have had several issues with the apartment, mainly the second bathroom toilet does not ...work appropriately and we had to have them come back a few times. They towed my daughter-in-law's car because the sticker was in the back but not taped up and the tow company "didn't see it." While I understand the parking issue, there is no need for that kind of behavior and we got no apology that my daughter-in-law had to miss work even though it was their mistake (they didn't charge her, but still a hassle). The building is arranged strangely where we are and the door to get into the building is actually behind the building for guests. Going on two weeks, not sure about this move....They really need to work on their towing policy and if you have guests, it will be an issue. There is street parking, but not very much and it will be minimal in the winter for the winter parking guidelines.Read More

Each of these only happened ones because the maintenance staff was kind enough to take care of it right away. One, the heater wouldn’t start up in the middle of the night. Second, the water tank of the toilet had some problem with filling up water. Other than that it was pretty peaceful. The management is pretty strict about car parking and snow plowing. They follow the snow plow schedule to the dot ...so if you are 15-20 minutes late to remove your car - they will tow it! It's quiet and spacious and it also has all the amenities I need such as laundry, pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and extra storage. Plus free heat and hot water included! No complaints here?

We are like a family taking care of each other, looking out and helping each other. There are 42 units in the building and all are equally designed for our comfort. There is a garden style patio and a well equipped community room for social gatherings and activities. It holds my 60" tv so that I can enjoy being glued to my sofa from one til midnight on Football Sunday. I get a great view of the traffic and the sounds of being in the country. I love it here
