Terrible Management!
May 25, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comPeople are leaving in droves."Gated" community with a non functioning gate. Forced "upgrades" that are cheap with shoddy work. Exorbitant 2021 rent increase of over 10% with no additional improvements. Can't leave fast enough. Pool not opening 2021. Snarky office staff. Look elsewhere! Constantly bothering residents.
Don't live here unless you want to be bothered frequently
February 11, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comThe new management here is constantly trying to enter apartments for random things. It would be fine if it was for a reason, but it is becoming completely excessive. They do not keep up with snow removal, so if you don't have good tires on your car you will probably slide around the entire parking lot. The sidewalks only get partially shoveled, so walk with caution. Never had these problems under the old management.

Tracy (manager) is incredible and made me feel like family before I even moved in and has continued to do so since the day I met her. She’s always prompt to respond to emails, will get maintenance right over to take care of any request I have and is overall just a genuinely kind and caring person. The location is perfect. The pool and garage are great perks. It’s an awesome community and really great place to live.Property Manager Responded
