June 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe only complaint I have is they don't make repairs in a timely manner and not being able to use all the outlets in my apartment. Work orders are not handled, you have to keep calling for things to get done

June 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIf your apartment doesn’t require major maintenance issues then you’ll be fine, you’ll like it here. For me I had issues after issues with my apartment and maintenance either takes weeks to fix it or they don’t come at all. I’ve had to walk in the office to talk to the property manager personally three times to get my issues fixed. I shouldn’t have to do that. Mold and leaks should be a high priority issue. If they would just overhaul there maintenance here it would be a whole lot better.

April 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe moving process went smoothly. My only issue is that I don’t feel like maintenance. Did a very good job preparing the apartment for move-in. They did not do a good job painting nor did they do a good job cleaning. It wasn’t extremely dirty but some of the cabinets and drawers were not cleaned.

October 28, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMy overall stay was okay. I stayed her for 3 years and it taught me a lot. Some good things were good customer service from the new management and staff. Some things that could have been done better is maintenance. They never truly fixed my A/C and they responded very late to alot of request. Communication could also be better. Woodcrest village is a good starter place for someone to learn how to manage bills and grow.Property Manager Responded
