August 24, 2015I recently moved into Heritage Senior Community that I found on Apartments.com. I love the neighborhood. The common areas are well maintained. The is a clubhouse, a pool, and a gazebo in the courtyard. The community is located near grocery stores, restaurants, and a golf course. September 5, 2014I looked at two units in this complex. They both were only somewhat clean but it was explained to me that when they are rented the cleaning will be more thorough. The building overall didn't give me a feeling of warmth. The hallways were dim and while there was no odor, there wasn't a sense of freshness.Review from Apartments.com

February 13, 2014My new apt. is spacious and very quiet. Stove and fridge are top notch. Love that I don't have to search for a parking space every evening. May 28, 2014I am 62 and considered an adult complex on my move back to the Chicago area. I visited this location which turns out has two complexes about 4 blocks from each other. The community is quiet, buildings are very well kept. Ample parking available. Each unit comes with a/c and new kitchen appliances. I applied and was approved and will move in in about one month! December 14, 2014I am a senior who have worked hard,gone thru trials and tribulation, with the LORDs' help have reached this far. I now desire to live in a community with my peers. But the manager of Heritage senior (Sue) is giving me a hard time getting an apartment. I have a home on the market and an c/o on my cbr, she insist that property be sold and c/o be removed, otherwise my credit is good.
