properly fix the central air system. You cannot have seniors living in a building with no air, not doing anything to address the issue, spend the money on parts and service and FIX it!!! Don’t move your loved one here, there are better options..

quiet, dead-end street. I enjoy a lovely view from my terrace. For me, the terrace is a highlight of this apartment. My one-bedroom apartment is carpeted, has a washer/dryer (my own), a full kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove, a living room, a good-size bathroom, a bedroom, central a/c and mini-blinds. I have everything I need and find it to be very manageable and comfortable. There are supervised social activities throughout the month such as luncheons, ice cream socials, exercise classes, crafts and health screenings; also holiday barbecues and parties, which, of course, are all optional. Personal gatherings that are too large for my apartment can be held on the first floor in a large community room. There is a kitchen there for tenants to use. I have a car, but some people live here without a car. A bus comes twice a week for trips to Walmart and ShopRite. Because there is a huge parking lot out front, parking is never a problem. The grounds are plowed and salted in snowy/ icy weather. Our maintenance man lives in the building, and whenever I have had maintenance issues, he responded within the hour. Small dogs and cats are allowed. The building is wheelchair-accessible and contains some wheelchair-accessible apartments. Each of the three floors has a laundry room, a trash room and chute, a library, and two elevators. I feel safe and happy here. I like that I have complete freedom but I am not alone. And I love my apartment.
