Deposit & Fees: $650.00 or up to (1) month's rent based on qualifications $150.00 Administration fee (Non refundable) $300.00 Pet Fee/ per pet/ 2 pets maximum (Non-Refundable) Size and breed approval will be determined by the on-site manager. Nice community
July 21, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI loved living here. I hated having to move a few months ago due to a new job across the valley. I lived in a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath. It was super spacious. I have absolutely no complaints and if I could move back I would. The rent was really reasonable. My only complaint would be that the pool was dirty and the hot tub rarely worked in the 3 years I lived there. Maintenance problems were always handled quickly. Sometimes even the same day. It's a small, quiet, friendly neighborhood.
