Worst apartment complex ever
September 18, 2018We've lived here for only 6 months anew management took over and it has gone downhill fast. The lawn has'nt been cut in like forever and they don't empty the dog barrels, and it's just nasty here, our mailbox has been messed with so much and there's never anything done about itProperty Manager Responded

Awful Apartments!!!
January 16, 2016I lived here for a year and moved out this week. The property manager is VERY young and has ABSOLUTELY NO people skills. People who have lived here for 5 years are moving out because of her. The grounds are dirty, cigarette butts and trash everywhere. The laundry rooms are dirty and the trash cans by the mailboxes are always overflowing. Tenants don't use the dumpsters, and when they do they don't always don't put it all the way in it. Tenants don't clean up after their dogs and the porter won't ...do it if there is a complaint. The dog waist bags are not always replaced and usually takes up to 2 or 3 days if not more to get more to be put in the dog waist stations. Maintenance is a joke. The maintenance workers have no clue what they are doing. Most of the apartments have mold and cockroaches, even the newly remodeled ones. They claim to have "security". The entire time that I lived there there was one security person for 2 months and no one listened to him. The security gates don't work. Another problem that I had was with my service dog. He is part German Shepherd, but mostly Corgi and Doxin. Because he looks like a German Shepherd they gave me a 7 day comply or vacate notice until I showed them his service dog paper work but after that I had nothing problems with the property manager giving me an attitude. Do not move here!
January 8, 2016This place is horrible. Full of druggies, fighters, burglary, dirty, cockroaches and the people's office is really rude and don't care at all. It's the worst place to live. Police is always here due to the buildings problems. Not safe. Filthy and they don't clean. Do not move here or you will regret. See the reviews on Google.Review from Apartments.com
