RATS
November 25, 2021Watched about 7 visible big rats run in and out the dumpster while I waited in the parking lot for a short amount of time. Seems like there’s only one dumpster for the whole complex and cleanliness must not be a priority for management. I’ve never seen anything like this, absolutely horrifying and disgusting. I can only imagine what it’s like to live here and what other issues there may be. Seems best to stay away and not lease here.Review from Apartments.com

September 27, 2015I lived there for 2 years it was my first apartment in washington they were okay and the manager was verry on her game but then it got really bad with thefs and crime i wouldnt recomend anyne ro live there my laundry got stolen 2 times the washers were always broken and there are seriois plumbing problems and floods and the manager onsite will get angry if you big on jer day off or afyer hours.its infeated with roaches and srug addicts. I can honestly say its not worth your moneyReview from Apartments.com
