when I even first moved in the place wasn’t properly cleaned or updated, closet was hanging on by a thread and walls are thin if you can afford it highly suggest looking elsewhere

Roaches

It is "ok" because the kitchen is cute. If...you don't mind ROACHES. Cheap blinds. Smelly carpet. Rude office staff. Paint that peels off the wall. Yellow smoke stains on bathroom walls by the vent and ceiling. Constant stench of cigarettes and marijuana in my apartment...24/7. Worst decision I've ever made moving here. Goose crap everywhere. The only ok thing is the maintenance staff...very nice guys and work hard. The rest...awful.
