July 4, 2025Just moved in! So far no complaints about the staff. They have treated my mother and I wonderfully. Apartment had a few issues that maintenance did not fix before the scheduled move in day. However, staff is helping us work through it.Property Manager Responded

The contractors are friendly and do a beautiful job as well! All around I’m very happy and pleased with my living here at lake vu and have not been here but a month. May 3, 2025I enjoy the community as it is quiet and is maintained fairly well. The reasons my rating is only a 3 are due to the infestation of roaches in the apartment, as well as the lack of quality of cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom.Property Manager Responded
