It’s frustrating since the raccoons come and eat the trash they do not pick up then it makes a mess you now have to clean. If you like paying an extra $30-$40 fee on top of your rent because you payed online, this is the place for you. But wait, you also want to pay an additional fee for paying your utilities online also, Lakes Edge has you covered there too. If you enjoy being nickel and dimed every month while living in a bare minimum apartment with appliances that barely work and next to no amenities to compensate, this is your place.

It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part. The few complaints I have mainly have to deal with where the times are going. Everywhere is moving to less hours and more online self service which is annoying. When we need something we want people not call centers or AI self service portals.
