June 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhat drew me to the site was the setting. The community is split into two sides with beautiful mature trees on both sides. The natural sunlight is gorgeous. I also love working out so having a gym that faces the pool and sunlight is super motivating. The ladies in the office were sweet during my tour. I loved their cute coffee station. The staff are always nice and receptive to issues or things I’ve needed. My only suggestions are instead of the tennis court, we could use a dog park and since the leasing office is no longer taking packages, we could benefit from an Amazon hub.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIt's ok. It's not the best it could be but it's also not the worse. It's often times hit or miss as it pertains to receiving quality customer service. It doesn't help that some of the neighbors are terrible and don't show care for the community in which they live.... throwing trash in the parking lot and inviting unsavory characters into our environment. November 21, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMy move-in experience at this apartment community was amazing. The neighborhood is wonderful—very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. My apartment itself is nicely updated, and overall I’ve been very happy with the environment here. However, I do have one concern. The leasing office misplaced the money orders I submitted for my security deposit. I’m not sure how something that was placed directly in a folder with my signed documents could be lost, and I still don’t know the final outcome. This ...has been extremely frustrating to deal with a month after moving in. Going forward, I strongly recommend allowing security deposits to be paid online.
