October 22, 2025Was moved into an apartment with a really bad roach infestation so I kept a lot of my stuff in my truck until the apartment was finally free of roaches and they towed my truck. They only maintain the exterior of buildings facing the parking lot. Kids are constantly running in parking lot and yelling outside my window and porch so there's never any time to enjoy sitting in the porch. This apartment complex really needs a playground. Kids next door are constantly destroying plants, filling water ...meters with dirt and littering everywhere. They play soccer in the parking lot not caring what cars they hit. The office seems to think it's ok for kids to be constantly yelling outside our window/porch but have a problem with people smoking in their porch. The lawn service is horrible. There's overgrown pepper trees everywhere. They don't trim anything.Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2025I couldn’t love my apartment and where it’s located any more! The price is reasonable for all the upgrades. However, this new property management company is super quick to hold tenants responsible for their many rules, however, pays very little attention to their responsibilities with fixing things such as keeping the grounds and pool area clean, fountain has been broken for months, pool gate is broken. overgrown plants are a liability because you can’t see other traffic in our parking lots. I ...was called one day telling me they had already started eviction proceedings when not only was it their mistake, but I not once received a courtesy call letting me know there was a problem.Property Manager Responded
