This place is terrible
May 19, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’m a current resident, who has now lived here for 6 years. When I first moved here it was amazing for about 2 years. However since then it has been a horrible experience. Over the past 4 years there have been 4 different property owners and all have been an absolute nightmare. The current property management team started out great! They seemed like they were going to clean up the place and really start making a change. Too bad it didn’t last long. I have gone 2 months with out a shower, and ...since I still have a working bath, they figure that’s all I need. So I have been forced to take baths which is very inconvenient especially with a busy life. I have brought this up to management and all they say is “sorry but the part is on back order”. Which I can understand, if it was for a week, 2 weeks, but two months?!? I wouldn’t be surprised if this management team is going the same route as the others. They are broke! A few months back all our trash started to pile up for weeks. When we complained they said it was an issue with the waste management company, but when I asked the driver what was going on he said, “if you don’t pay your bill, you trash stays here”, and then laughed about it. If you want to live in an apartment were you don’t have a working shower with a management team that is going broke go ahead and move in, otherwise run for the hills because this place is terrible!Read More

The trash has not been picked up for the last two weeks and the smell is absolutely unbearable. It seems like nobody cares about the upkeep of this place. On top of that, the office never answers the phone and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone to address these issues. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Furthermore, the common areas are always littered with dog waste because ...people do not pick up after their pets. It's disgusting and unsanitary. I would not recommend living in this apartment complex until they make significant improvements in cleanliness and management. The pool has been closed for two months, only to open for a week, to be closed for the season. There’s a trash issue, domestic violence problems, inconsistency in each of the “renovated” units, and subpar investment into the property itself.

The current management team is virtually unavailable, request go unanswered, and for some reason they can't get their online portal in sync so after paying rent there is always an outstanding balance every month. Water is always being shut off, the gate never works, the exit gate has been broken for months and it takes forever to get maintenance. If I would have had any clue this was going to be a Tides property I never would have moved here because I have only heard bad things about them. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.

I requested to get covered parking and they get to be 2 months later. Pool was filthy and unusable in the middle of summer and they would “resolve” maintenance requests on the online portal but the problem requested would persist. I’m a current resident and ever since Robinson group bought them out, it has been down hill

They don't care about their renters living situation, well-being, and safety. Construction has been going on for months and they shut the water off at least 5 times a week for hours on end. They did some heavy lacquer paint in the unit next door and the fumes came into our complex causing the place to be temporally unlivable. Us and our 4 month old baby and to stay at a family members until the ...fumes died down. The gate has been left open since they took over and random people stroll in. On one occasion, a person came in screaming and banging on doors. Their new paint job is terrible and sloppily done. The window shades block out all the natural sunlight in the apartment. They make this nice complex unlivable. I wish I could give zero stars.Read More

Unfinished construction, never answers the phone, the gate is always broken and just stays open. If you want to get a hold of anyone that works here, you have to call at least 7 times, and or maybe get lucky to get through to the corporate office. They painted all of the buildings white and the windows black but did a very cheap job. The paint is not even at all and overlaps the white paint in ...many parts. It has dripped and just looks very unpleasant and unprofessional. They put extremely dark shades over every window which blocks out 60% of sunlight. They have been doing construction in the apartment next to mine for almost a full month now. It has been loud. One day during the construction, I hear them drilling into the wall. Well, it turns out they drilled right into my own apartment, and there is a huge hole under the sink where I can very clearly hear the workers. This place used to be a great complex but has severely gone downhill since the new management took over. I would not recommend anyone living here anymore. A ton of the tenants have moved out as well, and I am constantly seeing moving trucks of people leaving.Read More

Since then the gate is broken, losing this extra safety we are paying for. One month ago I moved from an apt to a bigger one here. Still the dryer vent is blocked.
