Moving was an event Moving was stressful but honestly if it wasn’t for the helpful staff it would have been worse. They were so friendly and helpful. They assisted us with getting sorted and anytime we needed service they got it ready for us. They answered every question even if it was dumb. I have already told all of my friends to move here already.

Better communication I recently signed a lease to move in with my fiancé and we started the process in April and it’s now almost the end of July and I just now finally got signed. Which is absolutely ridiculous because he would email you guys and you would either not follow up or say that nothing has been agreed processed even though we have all the documentation and receipts indicating that you did in fact receive it and every time we went in person to check on it we would get the same answer. ...
Even when we went in person there was no communication between the email thread and the front office so no one knew what was going on and in the end what was supposed to be an easy, quick process turned into multiple months of back and forth and not getting any answers.

Overall poor experience in my year and a half here When I have reported issues in the past, my concerns had been ignored almost every time. I would report an issue and no follow up. I would be told I would get a call back and no call back. I just stopped reporting things and learned to live with it because the staff is unresponsive and unhelpful. Also, the property is inconsistent to enforcement of rules and the complex is not well maintained with trash, dog fesces, etc. Unfortunately not a ...

Finally my current rental rate is higher than what is offered online to a new resident which I believe is not very ethical and doesn’t reward tenants for staying long term. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend someone to live here if asked and am moving out when my lease is up.

I had a hard time finding the right community at the right price but I stumbled onto Wesley and what a great experience it has been so far! The office staff is attentive, maintenance are friendly and prompt and the events are always an awesome way to connect with your neighbors (because people actually go to these!)
Highly recommend renting here!

Wesley is a great community to live. It is conveniently located to everything you need in life; from shopping and great restaurants to entertainment and family activities. Fenton is a great addition to the neighborhood as well.
The leasing staff and maintenance team make living here worthwhile as well. Always smiling faces and willingness to help out in any way they can!

Legends is the best apartment ever! I have lived in several others and toured many during my search 4 years ago, and this is by far the best one I could have picked. The apartments are spacious and clean, and the warm, laid-back community feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The office staff actually gets to know you and they are all so kind and helpful. The maintenance team responded to all my requests super quickly. The pool and gym are amazing. There are also no weird fees ...
or a monthly pet fee. You just pay a base amount for your pet when you move in, and a portion is donated, and you don’t have to pay again for the pet as long as you live here. I have two dogs and this saved us money! We are only leaving because we bought a house. This is the perfect apartment for anyone but it would be a great place for a family!

We are so grateful to the staff and management and couldn't have hoped for a better place to call home when things were at their craziest in our modern lives. ROCK management Rocks!! And BTW they have the most BEAUTIFUL 2 bed rooms in town. No place beats them with the floor plan layout, HUGE windows and tall cielings. A breath of fresh air! You won't regret leasing here!
