Management is a nightmare, pest control is nonexistent, and if you are forced to leave, you will be charged out the wazoo for things that makes no sense like $50 PER TRASH BAG if they have to clean.

April 23, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI just moved in and it is roach infested, there is not enough parking spaces, and there is trash everywhere. When you go to talk to the office about a problem it is always your fault, and Your bathrooms never work.

July 5, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI really love this place . It’s my first apartment ever and it’s been really great. It was really clean when we moved in, everyone was super nice. I have a 2 br one bath and it’s really spacious for my wife and I and our two dogs. I like that they have 24 hour Landry available. The dog park is really great for our boys. The pool and gym are pretty great too. It’s a wonderful place to live.

There were couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed once I moved in, but maintenance staff quickly responded to service requests. There is a central laundry facility that operates on a pay per use. Units were renovated at some point, but there are still some flaws like minor cracks on the baseboards and the drywall and rusts in the bathroom sink. But again, maintenance did come ...by to repair the cracks. Overall, for its price, it's a nice, clean property to live; swimming pools, parking lots, and the community itself is clean and well maintained.Read More
