Been here, seen it all
November 14, 2015So you're looking for a nice place to live as a senior citizen. Keep looking. PROs: *cheap rent if you qualify for one of the 50% rated apartments (have them explain that one before signing the lease). * Mgmt bought turkeys for Thanksgiving. *Free water & trash removal. CONs: *Not so cheap if they force you into a 60% rated apartment. *Laundry room? 6 washers, 6 dryers on first floor for 80 apartments. *Rude office staff (except when you first visit and when you sign the lease). *Parking ...close to entrance is often restricted. *Snow removal is main driveway and walks but between the cars, you are on your own. *Need mtce? good luck (they always need to order parts). *Paper-thin walls, floors & ceilings. * Third floor apts have leaked due to flat roof. *Filthy common area bathrooms. *Smoke-free facility but most still smoke in their apts w/o penalty. January 21, 2014Although I never had an opportunity to visit this property, I have spoken with Danielle there and she informed me of the apartment qualities and amenities. June 27, 2013Dear Management, I see that you are proud of your Customer Service, well, I have worked in Customer Service for over 30 years and I have not been treated SO BADLY as I have been by your staff at Limerick Green and by Pennrose itself. I have called repeatedly over the last few months to rent a 2 bedroom for July 27th. Each time I called, a young girl stated she was busy, asked for my phone number and then NEVER called back! I have used all the 800 numbers for a request for someone to reach out ...to me to rent and NO RESPONSE! I even left a message at your phone number and no one called me. This is quality Customer Service? I would like to hear from someone today, if not, this email will be posted for future tenants to view what they have in store for them, poor service, lack of caring and overall ignorance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
