March 31, 20264/5 because the apartment doesn't feel deep cleaned. I found a fake nail in my carpet, and the floors are stained/not cleaned properly, as they turn the bottom of my feet black (gross). I put in many maintenance requests, but no one showed up, or they canceled when given permission to enter with a key when I wasn't home. (The dishwasher isn't turning on, the fan isn't working in the office, and the battery needs changing on the A/C settings.) Also, the resident is letting their pets poop and pee ...on their balcony, which is disgusting and unhygienic. I've only been in the apartment for a month. The positive aspects of the apartment are that the kitchen is nice, I love the view, it's quiet with no loud music late at night, and the dumpster is always taken care of.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 27, 2026This community has gotten louder over time with arguments, fights, and loud music from passing cars. The gate is always broken or malfunctioning. Roaches will get worse if pest control does not diagnose and treat. Mass emails are sent every day to remind about community rulesReview from Apartments.com

December 22, 2025If you're new to Houston or the area, The Link is a perfect place for you. The community is dynamic for individuals looking for a quiet environment for studies or the right touch of City living which it accomplishes by location (Katy, I-10, Westheimer, etc). As a pro footballer, it's a bit challenging to deal with traffic, but guess what? you won't have to deal with that at the Link. As mentioned, I-10 is next to you, Westpark toll is next to you as well. Oh and I absolutely Adore the ...Management. Transitioning to my place is breathe-taking beautiful! What more can I say?
