October 2, 2024Maybe the photos online don't match the apartment I'm in. It is very spacious and perfect for what I was looking for regarding space for my kids. But… upon entering the apartment, there were roaches in the fridge, under cabinets, on the counter, and in each bathroom. This apartment hasn't been deep cleaned. The floors were dirty, the windows had dirt, every sliding door had mounted dirt, and the vents had dirt. I'm sure with a deep clean, this can improve. It's just unfortunate I have to do it ...myself. The community looks unorganized and dirty, with sidewalks and the parking lot crumbling. There is dirt full of trash in front and uncleaned porches. I would say this is great if you NEED something for the moment.Property Manager Responded
