Closet bar The bar was/is not fixed. I had to put a small dresser up to balance the bar. Took 5 days from Saturday to Thursday. My clothes were on my living room couch that long.

I've been here since 2019.... There's a reason I've been here for 5 years. We've had a few management teams over the years and this one has been the best. My apartment is reasonably price, we have a garage and we truly love it here. The amenities are great! My dog loves the doggy park, and the community is always clean. The maintenance staff are very helpful and respond to requests really fast! The events every month are exciting and well organized. Horrible apartment complex. Loved it at first but management is horrible neighbors steal mail from other people’s apartments have it on camera! Management is not helpful the staff is horrible! Neighbors smoke weed in the apartments and it smells horrible. Would never recommend this piece of dump. I’ve lived in many nice places this by far is the worst. If I could rate it 0/10 I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Jada is the property manager and I have never had someone in her position go so far to help her tenants. She makes herself available whenever you need and you can see just in how she communicates and her work ethic that she has a true passion for this. The apartment is improving tremendously under her supervision and The Locale is lucky to have her.

My car got robbed & I mean like CLEAN swipe… our garage got broken into, and they stole stuff… sketchy area to live in for sure.. plus management isn’t really the best help lmao like idk I’m def done w living here!! Not the best!!
