November 17, 2023Do not live here! I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE! They have hidden fees added to almost everything, so the price they tell you when signing up is incorrect. You can't even have a grill on your porch, seriously who wouldn't allow you and your family to have a grill on your porch. The pet deposit is claimed to be $200, but it's really $600. Maintenance takes months to get back to you, they don't do any insect repellent maintenance. So there are all sorts of insects running around. They also expect the ...residents to remove the filters from your heating/air conditioning unit and get a new one from the office and install it yourself! Really!? May 30, 2023They don't show on Saturdays even though the schedule says they do. You go in to see an apartment and they direct you to look at the website...I was there in person to see a demo unit, not to be sent back online to see the units.Review from Apartments.com
HORRIBLE
May 1, 2023I moved in here about a year ago and the management has changed 3 times. The parking is horrible because they let people have 5 cars each unit. The trash is outrageously expensive. The rent raises without you getting notified and you can go days without hot water and they dont do anything to compensate for it. BULLET HOLE IN WINDOW
March 23, 2023You read it right. My wife and I moved in and there was a bullet hole through our window from the last tenant that they didn’t fix before we got there. All they had to say was, “ yeah… sorry about that…”. We thought, wow this can’t get worse. We were wrong. Our laundry was stolen from the non secured laundry rooms and all they have for insurance is a sign that says they aren’t responsible, and that was only for the little time the laundry room worked before everything was closed and unusable for ...the majority of our lease. With several other maintenance issues throughout our stay, the worst part was the new ownership. The property manager and assistant both verbally ridiculed my wife when she asked about a late fee that they said they’d take off due to our circumstances at the time and then preceded to lie about it and said my wife was a child and threw a tantrum only to admit that they had just “forgot” that they had sent us emails confirming that my wife and I were right to begin with. They were rude and combative and frankly disgusting in terms of the way they behaved. Do yourself a favor. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
I advise against living here
January 21, 2022After being under new management this place has gotten worse. They don't send emails when our hot water is down, only after residents complain. They don't allow you to pay with a money order anymore. So anyone that doesn't have a bank account cannot live here. They also, made a big mistake with the utilities and "forgot" to charge us for utilities for 3 months and expect us to pay all of them at once. overpriced
September 1, 2021stock up on fans and other ways to cool your place if you move into a bottom floor.
