Poor Plowing and Shoveling
February 25, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comPoor conditions unsafe. Plowing and shoveling conditions are extremely poor here at Northwoods - West. It’s sad tenants come home from work and parking spaces are not plowed and/ or shoveled properly, barely or at all. Every snow storm this has been the practice. The monthly cost and included fees to live here are expensive. Tenants should be able to come home and park. The upkeep of the property has been poor the winter.

Not good anymore

The electricity is super expensive because everything is electric, and cold air comes in through the windows. Management is hit or miss with responding to complaints but when they do, problems are usually resolved.
