They do NOT EVER answer their phone, EVER. Leave messages, they don't respond back. I filled out a lengthy online application, submitted it, and they never responded, despite my countless phone attempts to follow up, including leaving message. Ridiculous business ethics.

Elevator breaks every other week. Got stuck in there 3X. Expensive for no reason. BED BUGS! Management won’t return calls. Won’t replace carpet after 9yrs of living there...terrible!!!

Upon moving in Marina Bay, it seemed to be the perfect opportunity to raise your family in a safe and peaceful community. Is the community safe and peaceful it depends, the people living here are great but this a full on dictatorship. Facilities are not open for resident it's more so a treat whenever management decides. This place has the greatest turnover rate, with staff so you never know what you are going to get. Good Luck and by the way there a clause in the lease stating as long as you are ...

Overall the staff is nice. The assistant Masi moved me in. Very professional girl explained the process and was communicating with me each step of the way until move in day. I usually don't leave reviews but this was my easiest move in to an apartment so I give her 5 stars.

Bed bugs! Stated that I must have brought them in. Advised I would be charged $600 if she found any. (Found other reviews that showed that they had a problem with the bed bugs too.) Noisy neighbors at times. Garbage in the lake out back that never gets cleaned up. They took weeks to fix a plumbing issue outside that was gushing hundreds of gallons of water wastefully onto residents cars. They don't often answer the phone in the office. Yes, it's conveniently located and if you get a rear ...
apartment you are lucky to have a nice view (when it's not filled with trash), but hope that you don't need maintenance any time soon and don't mind living with bed bugs.

I found out about this community through a friend that lives out here. I figured it fit my budget due to income restrictions. The office staff Patricia really nice young lady! Im currently in a 2/2 because a 1/1 was not available...so hopefully everything works out well and when I renew my lease that I can get into a 1/1.

I would put a 0 rating for office staff but I have to put something. There really isn't anything good about this place. It is very loud throughout the night. The elevator never works. Maintenance does not know what they are doing. U can only have Directv here and it goes out when it starts to thunder let alone when it rains. Can not get rid of the spiders, ants and little cockroaches. Their "exterminator" can't get rid of them. Do not waste your money renting here.
