Do not rent here
June 29, 2025There are so many problems with these apartments. The office staff is nice up front but when a problem actually occurs they won’t help you. We went without a bath tub for almost 2 years and found out people were paying $300 less a month for the same apartments than we were. It took over a week to fix the air last summer and we literally had problems with it almost every other month.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Place to Live
June 23, 2024I have lived here for many years and have been here during several different management companies. The management company now is fantastic. The have a wonderful group of people from upper management, to the property manager, assistant manager, and rental agents. The people are very professional and also very kind to the residents. They seem to genuinely care about the people who live here. I have lived here, as I said, for a very long time. This complex is very quiet, and that is due to ...the management. If there are issues, they handle them in a timely manner. Also, the maintenance is the best I have ever seen. They take care of maintenance issues when they get them and they are also very personable. They also complete the job correctly the first time. Not trustworthy
February 21, 2023Make sure not to order anything expensive, as it will get delivered to the parcel locker system, staff will take it out & it will go missing. They'll try to tell you nothing was delivered, but if you offer evidence to show that it was, then they backtrack and will say it was misdelivered. January 6, 2023We lived a little over a year in the property, paid bills on time, didn't have issues with neighbors, at the time of the lease ending we left some belonging by mistake. We called the office to let them know since we were leaving out of state the next day. When we got back, our things were thrown away like they were garbage. July 15, 2021Have lived here almost two years and have had issues since we moved in. Constantly putting in work orders just to have half-assed work done. The worst for us is problems with the A/C especiallyin the summer, imagine waking up at 2am and it's 84° inside your place and they come "fix it" and a couple days later the same problem. Not to mention the floors and walls are paper thin, I have lived in other apartments and some noise is to be expected but not like this. One day, before I'd turned on the ...T.V. in my apt, I could here almost the entire conversation of my neighbor under me. Horrible overpriced/ maintenance issues all the time
July 2, 2021The first month was great, then everything went down hill my A/C has been on and off meaning my apartment is at 80 degrees while it’s on. It’s the 9th request I’ve made. Let’s not even count the amount of times I’ve had to call the emergency line about the A/C Last Saturday was my last straw I’m paying for rent at an apartment where they keep doing temporary fix and my ac just stops working after a few days. This is so exhausting , Saturday it stopped working I called the emergency maintenance ...line Sunday they said they would come fix it then he said Monday. Monday came nothing was done, then Tuesday same problem I called the office left voicemails, called left voicemail for maintenance, I put a request. There’s been times where they come to check the A/C and i end up having to turn it off and they think I’m stupid and don’t know how to turn it on auto and think that’s why it’s not cooling. Don’t waste your money I’m paying so much for rent yet their service sucks. I am so ready for my Lease to be up this experience has been one of the most stressful especially with these temps. Now the staff is nice. I just wish this was taken more seriously, I have now even considered ending my lease early because of how inconvenient it is here , I can’t even have my siblings over since they usually would go over weekends because of how hot it is inside even with the “temporary ac” they put in the sun room. Not only is the communication horrible , this is actually Dangerous. I’m so disappointed I don’t want anyone to go through what we are currently Going through. Update 7/2/21 my A/C has now been down since Saturday they do not care if your apartment is 80 degrees, to this day haven’t received a call back to even check in. Maintenance and other issues!
January 19, 2021I have lived here for 6 months and I can't wait to move. Since I have moved in I have put in work order after work order. They come and fix the "issues" ,then I find myself putting the same issue in again. Not to mention how much paint I have on my floors and patched up holes walls and patched up work that I find in each room. I noted these issues and more in my move in report, but nothing has changed! The sad thing is that I love the apartment and how quiet it normal stays. Although that has ...changed since the neighbor started playing extra loud music!
