The amenities such as the clubhouse, pool and gym are always accessible, everyone at Meadow Brook is friendly and has a sense of community. At the same time, the staff is absolutely incredible! They are kind, positive, attentive and always strive to provide the absolutely best service. We love everything about this community especially ...since it has seen us grow from fiance's to newlyweds. Poor management and communication
April 17, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived here for several years and the decline has been noticeable. It’s advertised as “luxury apartments,” but the experience doesn’t match. Ongoing issues with maintenance and zero communication. Pool furniture has been gone for months, and the pool was closed for an extended time. Valet trash is inconsistent at best, the grounds are not well maintained, and there has been no pest control for months while still being charged for it. Both Sayra and Alex took the time to offer us refreshments, to get to know us and then to understand what exactly it was that we were looking for. When we toured the apartments I was shocked at how peaceful and quiet everything was! The pool was clean and beautiful, the entire office smelled excellent and both units we were shown had brand new appliances and carpet. We knew this was the place for us.
