A few things were broken in the apartment, and was given 48 hours to turn in a walk through list. But am still finding things that need to be on the list as well as broken down appliances and windows/blinds. One would need at least 30 days to evaluate anything “wrong or broken.” Love the apartments open floor plan, we feel very at home here.

The community is clean, safe, the staff are friendly however, the lease rate increases makes it difficult to make this a long term solution. Annual 10-20% rent hikes aren't sustainable. Flexibility in this area would go a long way to sustaining a true community.
