I have been living here for almost 3 years now they don’t come fix things when they’re supposed to or half assed does things the bugs have not been taken care of since I’ve moved in their excuses is either I have animals kids or they will come and spray one or two times and that would be it that does not take care of the situation with everybody moving in and out. ...They are not spraying people’s apartments the way they should be every apartment should be sprayed at one time not one day this apartment one day that apartment. They cannot make up their minds whether they’re giving people parking passes or towing people’s cars. If they don’t have a parking pass now they’re saying it’s anybody can park anywhere when they say anybody could park. Anywhere means anybody can come over park in your spot and stay there Leave everybody else paying the rent. No parking struggle every day to find a parking spot. When you’ve been working all day from work, you come home and you have to walk far and they raise the rent.Read More

Both of these ladies are definitely heavens sent and I’m forever grateful for them,their kindness, and willingness. The only issue that I have is NOT with the staff but with a few other residents regarding parking i’m a single mother and works two jobs and after a long day at work all I want to be able to do is come home and relax however I’m never able to do so because I have ...neighbors that have 5 plus cars to one unit. My car was towed when I first moved in because I parked to close to the dumpsters and I had to pay $180 to get my car back!!! I have complained about parking for sometime now and is looking forward to something being done very soon!!! This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. June 20, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI went on a tour and the first thing the showing agent said when I walked in was “it stinks in here” we walked to the kitchen and I saw mice droppings that I originally thought were bugs until the agent pointed out the dead rat. this is the most disgusting place I’ve ever toured. shows they don’t even take care of their model units. bad air quality as well here.
